The conveniently located group of small boxlike enclosures provides access to much used items and extra space for books and various sundries. <SOLD> This 1962 Lane Cedar Chest features double hidden drawers integrated into a stretcher base, faux drawers above adorned with Danish-style knob pulls, and a lighter center panel embossed with a horizontal oval motif which ties the piece together nicely. <SOLD>This is a professionally refinished walnut chest by Lane circa 1961. The outer edge of the top is gently curved and gives this chest added dimension. Dubbed the “Sweetheart Chest,” this piece has a felt lined interior shelf for smaller items, and an airtight cedar lining to protect your belongings. Truly an exceptional design with solid walnut strips adorning the front, this is the sweetest blanket chest we’ve ever encountered. Measures 47″W X 18″D X 21.5″H.
