<SOLD>This is a professionally refinished walnut chest by Lane circa 1961. The outer edge of the top is gently curved and gives this chest added dimension. Dubbed the “Sweetheart Chest,” this piece has a felt lined interior shelf for smaller items, and an airtight cedar lining to protect your belongings. Truly an exceptional design with solid walnut strips adorning the front, this is the sweetest blanket chest we’ve ever encountered. Measures 47″W X 18″D X 21.5″H. The lock on the chest has been been replaced by the Lane Furniture Company to meet current safety standards and can be reattached if so desired. Sold 6/26/16 for $399
