This mid century modern lowboy dresser from the Parallel Collection by Drexel features nine drawers with stunning book matched walnut veneer on the front drawers creating a continuous waterfall effect. In true minimalist style, this vintage piece has no visible hardware; the center panels of each drawer serve as pulls. The casing is framed with solid walnut providing a perfect “frame” for the drawers. The simplicity of this well constructed dresser makes it one of our favorite designs. The top surface has been refinished in our workshop and to match the other surfaces.

Mid Century Modern Kent Coffey Perspecta Two Door Credenza in Walnut and Rosewood

This beautifully refinished Mid-Century Modern Credenza from Kent Coffey’s Perspecta line displays eye-catching rosewood sculptural pulls on the double doors which bookend it’s three central drawers. Each door conceals a spacious cabinet for versatile storage. The case, doors, and drawer fronts are clad in amber walnut veneer which perfectly complements the deep tones of the rosewood. The legs and trim
are constructed of solid ash which has been dyed to match the adjoining surfaces. The piece has been refinished in a Tung oil varnish to provide optimum water resistance and durability. Several veneer chips were repaired before refinishing. This lovely credenza is structurally perfect and will be a centerpiece in your home for years to come.

Mid Century Triple Lowboy Dresser with Rattan Door by Century

This vintage lowboy dresser with nine smooth gliding drawers features one door on the right with a rattan paneled front and six drawers to the left of that with rattan wrapped drawer pulls. There are three smaller drawers behind the door, the top of which is divided into two sections to keep items organized. Constructed of solid poplar overlaid with beautifully figured amber toned pecan veneer, the drawer fronts have been taken from one continuous piece of wood giving the impression of a waterfall. This stately triple dresser sits on a solid wood stretcher base that provides considerable support to this well made storage piece.

Mid Century Modern Gentleman’s Chest High Dresser by Century

This statuesque gentleman’s chest features rattan wrapped pulls, book matched pecan veneer and an upper cabinet with two drawers within. The lower section has a shallow top drawer, and an extra deep middle drawer for storing bulky items such as sweaters and jeans. This vintage pieces is constructed of solid poplar overlaid with a warm, amber veneer and a solid wood stretcher base providing superior stability. This storage piece offers spacious storage with a somewhat smaller footprint.

Mid Century Modern Walnut Diamond Back Dining Chair Set

This slick set of 6 Mid Century Modern walnut dining chairs features a diamond cutout on the back rest and newly upholstered seats. There are two Captain’s chairs, and four side chairs included with the set. The backrest is constructed of molded plywood and the balance of the chair is solid walnut. Each chair wears high quality upholstery grade fabric in a neutral off-white tweed that has an interesting visual depth. With their ample seats and comfortable padding, the Captain’s chairs can double as armchairs in any living area. All chairs have black capped tapered legs, are structurally sound and show minimal wear. Each has a seat height of 18 inches.

Mid Century Live Edge Cypress Table with Hairpin Legs

This mid century cypress table features highly figured grain pattern and an highly irregular live edge. Perched on bare hairpin legs with fluctuating fingers of wood that reach in all directions, this coffee table is the perfect complement to a sectional sofa. This beautiful slab of old growth cypress is protected with an epoxy coat with some light scratches noted. Cypress was often used in the mid twentieth century to make wall clocks as well, as its surprisingly light weight makes it easier to manipulate. We purchased this slab in Callao, Va so it was likely harvested in Virgina’s Northern Neck.
