The pronounced edges of the trim lend definition to the robust profile of this dignified sideboard, while the vertical multi-angular walnut elements on the door fronts catch the eye from every vantage point. Clean, crisp edges on the solid wood tapered legs complete this captivating mid-mod design. This piece is constructed of solid poplar overlaid with select walnut veneer. All four doors open and shut smoothly. This gorgeous vintage walnut credenza by United Furniture features double fluted doors hung on brass piano hinges, which open to reveal shelved cabinets. Three central drawers offer additional storage options. All hinges and slides work smoothly, and there are no structural flaws. The original amber finish is in excellent condition for it’s age with only a few minor scratches.  The horizontal brass drawer pulls have a branch-like profile which lends an element of naturalism and offers contrast the vertical fluted detail of the doors. These two design elements,  along with the central recess in the cantilevered top, bring a measure of classical perspective to this otherwise minimalist design. This compact sideboard will make a handsome addition to any collection.

This beautifully refinished Mid-Century Modern Credenza from Kent Coffey’s Perspecta line displays eye-catching rosewood sculptural pulls on the double doors which bookend it’s three central drawers. Each door conceals a spacious cabinet for versatile storage. The case, doors, and drawer fronts are clad in amber walnut veneer which perfectly complements the deep tones of the rosewood. The legs and trim
are constructed of solid ash which has been dyed to match the adjoining surfaces. The piece has been refinished in a Tung oil varnish to provide optimum water resistance and durability. Several veneer chips were repaired before refinishing. This lovely credenza is structurally perfect and will be a centerpiece in your home for years to come.

This Mid Century Modern Walnut Credenza  features a seamless bow front and a floating stretcher base reminiscent of designs by Vladmir Kagan and Adrian Pearsall.  A long, low profile makes it the perfect complement for a classic mid-mod sofa and coffee table. The especially wide stretcher base exhibits a flowing curvature which tastefully contrasts the triangular solid walnut pulls on the two center drawers.  Two double folding doors display subtly rounded outer edges which accentuate the smooth flow of this mellifluous design. High quality brass piano hinges ensure the structural integrity of the doors. The original lacquer finish is in excellent condition and there are no structural flaws.
