This Mid Century Modern king size walnut headboard designed by Kipp Stewart for Drexel Declaration features a full sized bookcase with stunning wood figuring and incredible depth.  Each sliding door has a simple circular brass pull with a faux wood center.  The edges of the top surface display a gentle slope culminating in an upward point.  The spacious overhead storage compartments with sliding panels and adjustable glass interior shelving provide handy storage for books, phones, clocks and anything you want close by.  Both panels slide smoothly and the glass inserts are free from chips or scratches. Form and function go hand in hand with this lovely vintage headboard.

Mid Century Modern Walnut Nine Drawer Dresser by Stanley

This vintage Stanley Triple Dresser features incredible figuring and depth in the select walnut veneer. The three drawers down the center have Stanley’s signature chrome pulls with black circular back plates. The two sets of drawers on either side, have figuring that runs vertically in contrast to the horizontal grain on the center drawers.  Supported by solid walnut tapered legs with a stretcher base for support, this mid century modern case piece has been stripped of its factory finish and finished with a durable tung oil varnish to enhance the natural beauty and textural complexity of the Virginia black walnut.   Measures 70″L X 18″D X 30.5″H.

This walnut gentleman’s chest from Drexel’s Declaration Line is in truly immaculate condition. All surfaces display all the richness and depth that a well maintained piece acquires through years of appreciation. All pulls and hardware are in perfect condition, and the interior is pristine. Above two large and two small drawers, double doors open to reveal an array of storage and a pop-up vanity mirror with separate compartments for jewelry and such. This handsome chest is a museum-quality example of the creative collaboration between Stewart MacDougall and Kipp Stewart which yielded Drexel’s Declaration Collection. This walnut triple dresser from Drexel’s Declaration Line displays a vibrant original finish which highlights impressive figuring on the drawer fronts and beautiful grain on the top and sides. The depth and color variation in this piece are truly amazing. It is rare to find a piece of vintage furniture which has been this well cared for. The original brass and walnut pulls are all in excellent condition, as is all the hardware including the spring loaded latch on the center door which allows it to open with the push of a finger. All structural elements are sound, and the interior is pristine. This vintage gem designed by Stewart MacDougall and Kipp Stewart is truly a rare find and a complement to any collection.  This piece measures 72″W X 20″D X 31.25″H.

Fabulous Mid Century Modern Walnut Highboy Dresser from the ‘Saga’ collection by Broyhill featuring four point star motif and slender faux bois pulls with brass accents.  Saga is one of Broyhill’s most collectible lines along with their Brasilia and Sculptra collections.  This dresser has five full sized drawers, the third of which has a solid wood dividing panel in the center for organizational purposes.  The top two drawers have the inset atomic star relief that is the signature feature of this design.

This stellar mid century modern lowboy walnut dresser is from the ‘Saga’ collection by Broyhill. Featuring a recessed four point star motif on the left hand drawers, this vintage storage piece has six smooth gliding drawers and a majestic profile.  The dresser includes a mirror with three matching stars etched into the upper surface.  The mirror can be positioned anywhere on the back that you see fit.
