This Fleur de lis pattern mid century Ironstone Dinnerware Set by Norleans has had only one owner who received this china as a wedding gift in 1965.  Ironstone china is not porcelain; it is a porous, glaze-covered earthenware, consisting of clay mixed with iron slag and feldspar, and a small amount of cobalt.  This complete set is comprised of 44 pieces of china which includes :
