Six locally sourced hardwood species are represented in the 2″ thick top, which displays a variety of dovetail joints situated to create a visual flow which is both spontaneous and balanced. 20 degree angles on the short edges of the top add a contemporary element to this table’s weathered character, and tie in with the outward flare of the iron hairpin legs. An acrylic finish protects the top while allowing the wood to completely retain it’s raw natural color.
