Description
This unique Japanese rocker and footrest designed by Mitsumasa Sugasawa for Tendo Mokko in 1966 is dubbed the “Heron” rocker and features bentwood oak construction with distinct angular lines and triangular inlays of solid rosewood on the sides of the chair rails and ottoman. With original chevron upholstery, this rare, collectible, mid century modern rocking chair is structurally sound with a comfortable, ergonomic repose. Both upholstery and frame are in very good, original condition.
