Description
This stunning six-panel Danish Modern teak room divider is constructed using a precise Japanese method of assembling wood pieces without glue or nails. Individual slats are cut and fitted together using a saw, hand plane, or chisel. The vintage screen folds easily, and is in excellent condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. This art form was developed around 600 AD and has traditionally been used in wall hangings and room dividers.
