This exceptional mid-century modern credenza designed by Barney Flagg for the Drexel Parallel line features a plethora of storage options. The left side cabinet has a smooth gliding tambour door that rolls upwards revealing one adjustable interior shelf. The rolling door offers great functionality for television or stereo components controlled remotely. The panel behind this area has a cutout for electrical cables. The central door opens using a push-to-open latch. Inside this section is a shelf and wooden vertical panels designed for record album storage. The right hand cabinet is accessed using a bi-fold door; one deep drawer lies in the top section with open storage below providing adequate space for audio components. This piece is in excellent vintage condition with a few imperceptible veneer repairs.
