The top has been professionally refinished and the figuring in the walnut is remarkable. This piece sits low to the floor on tapered legs supported by a stretcher base and is exceptionally sturdy. This versatile Danish Teak Credenza is perfect for a media console, buffet, or bar. Two solid teak sliding doors reveal ample storage with adjustable/removable solid wood shelves and a low profile drawer on the right. All sides of this exquisite piece exhibit a pleasantly curvaceous grain pattern only available in the finest teak lumber. Signature wood finger pulls and a subtle outward flare on the edges of the top individualize this masterfully crafted cabinet.
The beauty and functionality of this rare find are surpassed only by it’s craftsmanship . Unlike the vast majority of Danish cabinets available on the market today, this one is 100% wood- not one single piece of particle board. Even the removable shelves and all drawer pieces are solid teak. There are some veneer faces used for aesthetic reasons , but on top of high grade solid wood instead of MDF or ply.
