<SOLD> This desirable set of six mid century modern walnut dining chairs is from the Perspecta line by Kent Coffey.  Sometimes referred to as “Cat’s Eye” chairs, this set has new black naugahyde seat covers that contrast beautifully with the wooden frames.   Structurally exceptional, the set consists of two Captain’s chairs, and four arm less chairs.  Quirky, yet elegant in their design, this set can be paired with most any walnut dining table.  Seat height measures 18 inches.  Sold on  9/10/16 – $450/Set

Danish Modern Teak Refectory Dining Table

<SOLD> Although we have had a few Danish teak refractory dining tables, we have never had one quite like this one. The frame of the table top is gently curved to form the shape of a surfboard.  The edges of the the leaves and center table surface are beveled to fit snugly together.  This “spooning” effect gives the impression of one, solid surface. From the side, the table appears to be floating.  The figuring in the teak grain flows seamlessly from each leaf to the center with an uninterrupted flow.  Slightly tapered solid teak legs accent this striking table and provide sturdy support.  This exquisite dining table seats 4-8 and measures 46″L X 31″W X 29.5″H without the leaves extended, and 82 inches long with both leaves extended.  Sold for $749

<SOLD>  This expertly refinished mid century modern walnut desk from the Artisan Collection by Bassett Furniture Company features a gentle upward curving lip and preventing wayward items from rolling off. This is a signature feature of the Artisan line.  The back side of the dresser is also finished allowing you to position it in an open concept room with all sides visible.  Solid walnut tapered legs attach seamlessly to the frame and lend an air of elegance and refinement.  Three drawers run down the left hand side making this a convenient desk for those who are left handed.  There is also one long drawer positioned in the center.  All drawers have the masterful pulls that are exclusive to this design.  The walnut grain is impressive in its figuring.

Mid Century Modern Swivel Rocker with Walnut Accents

This unique mid century modern swivel lounge chair is the ultimate in comfort and has been reupholstered in durable, high quality sage green fabric.  The four prong wooden base is reminiscent of tables by famed sculptor and designer Isamu Noguchi.  The armrests are supported by cylindrical walnut pieces that tie into the aesthetics of the base.  This luxe lounger rocks and swivels.  Accented with a multitude of tufted buttons, this incredibly plush chair is the most comfortable chair we have ever carried.   Measures 33″W X 27″D X 38″H with a seat height of 19 inches.

Mid Century Walnut Highboy Dresser by Lane Furniture Co.

<SOLD> This is a spacious mid century walnut chest on chest by Lane Furniture Company of Virginia.  The upper portion has two doors with conical oak pulls and two deep, smooth sliding drawers behind.  The lower portion features three sizeable drawers accented by thin, maple wood pulls crafted in our workshop.  The contrast between the walnut veneer and the light wooden hardware is stunning.  The top of this vintage dresser has exposed dovetails on each side giving it depth and character.  Made of solid poplar overlaid with figured walnut, this solidly built dresser measures 38″W X 18″D X 48″H.  Sold on 10/24/16 for $399
