<SOLD> This stylish vintage mid-century modern walnut daybed is constructed of select solid walnut and features brand new cushions, support straps and fabric. The refinished frame has a warm, amber tone and is solidly constructed. The high quality upholstery fabric is a spicy cayenne color with subtle undertones woven throughout. The back cushion is suspended by straps that attach to the frame and can be easily removed when using as a bed. We used high density foam so this daybed is supportive enough for a long nap or a good night’s sleep, yet comfortable enough for seated repose.

<SOLD> This handsome set of six mid-century dining chairs by the Young Furniture Company features new navy blue upholstery, original amber finish in excellent condition, sophisticated Danish-inspired lines, and super-sturdy construction. The curved, slightly reclined backs are attached with brass connectors which complement the rich tones of the hardwood frames. The cushions sit slightly forward to give a semi-floating effect, and thin side supports between front legs and back stabilize the structure while maintaining a light visual weight. There are 2 captain’s chairs and 4 armless chairs. $399

<SOLD> This impressive mid century modern five seat sofa features chocolate brown upholstery, matching bolster pillows, and a nice set of legs. This solidly built vintage piece is likely from the premium division of Howard Parlor, which was a high-quality furniture maker during the 60’s. The frame and spring supports are both in excellent condition. Measuring 9 and 1/2 feet long, this piece sits on a total of six legs for extra support. The original upholstery is a dark brown with a black weave and is exceptionally clean with little sign of wear. The cushion foam is comfortable with just the right amount of give. Both doors are overlaid with highly figured teak veneer and are made of a flexible shutter that slides in grooves along the bottom. The interior of the the left side has one adjustable shelf while the interior of the right side has two adjustable shelves. There are six possible levels for the shelving on either side.
