This complete vintage walnut dining set consists of a dining table with two 12 inch eaves and six caned back chairs. The entire set has been refinished and all components are in excellent condition. The table features the American of Martinsville signature inlaid nickel “x” on each corner. The chairs have new cushy foam cushions and new neutral variegated oatmeal upholstery that is easy to fit into most design concepts. The backrest of each chair is intricately caned. Minor repairs to the caning have been executed to some of the chairs as depicted in photos. Each caning repair is documented for your convenience. This versatile, rare mid century modern dining set is in excellent restored condition and ready for a spot in your mid century modern inspired home. The length of the dining table measures 52 inches without leaves and 76 inches with both leaves inserted. The seat height of the chairs is 18 inches.
