This vintage mid century chest was designed by Edward Wormley for Drexel Precedent. This piece has a multitude of storage options and functions perfectly as a lingerie chest. With a total of 10 dovetailed drawers in different sizes, even the most OCD person will find joy with these organizational compartments – four small drawers on the left; three vertical storage compartments within a drawer on the right. This piece has a simple, block shape with a plinth base and a timeless design. Drexel’s insignia is stamped on the top, right hand side of the interior; the back is stamped “Drexel Precedent” and “women.” All drawers slide smoothly and evenly. Constructed of solid wood overlaid with Elm veneer, this dresser has been refinished and is in excellent vintage condition.
