This replica of the famous Eames bentwood lounge designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller features padded armrests, an ample, comfortable seat, bentwood shell and medium brown vinyl upholstery with fabric covered accent buttons. This chair was manufactured by “Charlton” and the original tag is adhered to the underside of the seat. The headrest and backrest is connected by wood pieces. Swivels & rocks on a chrome base and has exceptional ergonomic repose. There were several professionally executed veneer repairs to the shell that are barely visible as documented in photos. Two buttons have been recovered and replaced on the chair seat. This vintage rocking chair is stamped 1982 under the seat and is in very good condition. This lounge chair has a seat height of 15 inches.
