Description
This beautifully refinished MCM low dresser is constructed of SOLID white pine and was manufactured in Lexington, N.C. by the Franklin Shockey Company in the mid 1940’s. The wood is hard with a dense grain and is full of knots creating a warm climate. This rare, edgy piece rests on splayed tapered legs with one center leg for superior support. This well made dresser has 8 smooth sliding, dovetailed drawers, a warm, amber finish and is in excellent condition.
