Description
This set features a Mayan styled sculpted strip down the center of each dresser. The decorative strip is constructed of molded plastic – a newly discovered material suitable for manufacturing furniture – and the rich black walnut veneer surrounding it makes these dressers shine. The fronts of the drawers are curvilinear giving them depth and visual interest. These vintage dressers have reconditioned Formica laminate tops that present themselves as real wood. This process was designed in our workshop and remediates the shiny “plastic” appearance of Formica. This matching dresser set has been professionally restored and is in very good condition and is being offered as a set.
