This vintage walnut coffee table designed by Andre Bus for the Acclaim line by Lane features exposed ash dovetails on either end connected by a border of lighter wood. There is gorgeous figuring on the top surface. The slender, sleek, tapered legs are connected by solid walnut stretchers that culminate in black, painted ferrules. This long and low rectangular coffee table has been refinished and is the perfect companion for your mid century modern sofa. Lane Acclaim was the best selling line of furniture in 1963 and is an iconic mid century modern piece today. Excellent restored condition.
