Description
This hardwood nightstand from the Perspective Collective by Drexel features a hinged drop front cabinet and a floating case. This unique bedside table rests on a cross section of solid wood and appears to be floating. Constructed of poplar overlaid with primavera wood – often referred to as white mahogany – this table has been professionally refinished in our workshop and is in excellent condition. Designed in 1952 by Milo Baughman exclusively for Bloomingdales in New York City, this striking mid century modern nightstand is part of a special collection for Drexel and is a rare mid century modern find.
