This is a rare and beautiful dresser from Drexel’s Counterpoint Collection by John Van Koert. The cantilevered top cuts an impressive profile while adding extra surface area. Both top drawers have a sliding wooden organizer and the second drawer on both sides has wooden panels creating separate compartments for organizational purposes. This would also work well as a credenza, sideboard or buffet. All drawers slide smoothly and there are no structural flaws. Original finish is in excellent condition with only slight imperfections seen on close inspection. Examples of this particular piece are seldom seen.
