This triangular shaped folding table was designed in the late 1950’s by Peter Hvidt and Orla Olgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen. Manufacturers mark is on the underside within a circular metal medallion reading “FD.” “Made in Denmark” is branded into the wood. This collector’s piece has beautifully rounded edges and brass fittings. In excellent vintage condition, this rare occasional table exhibits the warmth and depth of color that only vintage teak displays.
