This minimal teak writing desk manufactured by Ejsing Mobelfabrik of Denmark is a rare find. Features include a freshly refinished top, six smooth-sliding felt-lined drawers, a finished back, and solid teak tapered legs. Maker’s mark is located on the underside of the writing surface. Designed using a simple form, this vintage mid century modern desk has several expert repairs rendering it in excellent condition. A small area of veneer trim has been replaced alongside the left bottom drawer and one of the six drawer pulls has been replaced by hand carved oak dyed to be indistinguishable from the original solid teak pulls. Has a kneehole opening measuring 19″W X 26″H.
