<SOLD>This is a magnificent walnut cedar chest by Lane circa 1961 in absolute mint condition with all tags present.  The outer edge of the top is gently curved and gives this chest added dimension. Dubbed the “Sweetheart Chest”, this piece has an felt lined interior shelf for smaller items, and an airtight cedar lining to protect your belongings. Truly an exceptional design with solid walnut strips adorning the front, this is the sweetest blanket chest we’ve ever encountered.  The lock on the chest has been disabled for safety purposes, but can be reattached by the buyer if so desired. Measures 47″W X 18″D X 25″H.
