Stratford Road Split-Level Staging
My latest project at 2401 Stratford Road, Richmond, Virginia 23225 was such a pleasure to stage as this house is near and dear to my heart. For four years, this location served as our showroom for our vintage, mid century modern furniture and decor. This tri-level built in 1962, showcases three floors of spacious rooms staged with our inventory, attention to detail, and a modern touch. With a minimalist approach, I was able to relate the possibilities that lay within this floor plan. (Sold first day of showings with multiple offers.)

Interior Redesign at Iron House Condominiums, RVA
At the time of this staging, this condominium located in the heart of the city was an empty shell providing a blank canvas for color, texture, and imagination. Utilizing the Mid Century modern decor we have in our inventory, I designed a living space that would appeal to a potential buyer. This 5th floor condominium is a great location for a person who is energized by the bustle and convenience that an urban dwelling provides.
